Founder — ADB Consulting
Wilmar founded ADB Consulting after more than 15 years working in process improvement, operational risk and business analysis across banking and consulting — including leading teams responsible for credit operations at one of Colombia’s largest banks, and serving as a senior consultant helping companies redesign core processes and build the tools their teams use to make decisions.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, and that background shapes how ADB works: start by understanding what’s actually happening in a business, redesign what doesn’t work, and hand over something the team can run on its own — not a report that sits in a drawer.
Wilmar works alongside a small team of industrial engineers with senior consulting experience, so every engagement gets the right expertise, not a one-size-fits-all playbook.
